Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
At Radhvira, every saree is thoughtfully curated, carefully woven, and quality-checked before it reaches you. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship behind each piece. However, in the rare event of an issue, we are here to assist you with clear and transparent policies.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders are generally processed and fulfilled within 2 hours of placement.
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any applicable bank or payment gateway transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is received.
- To initiate a return request, please email us at radhvira.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery along with your Order ID and issue details.
- A complete unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The issue or damage should be clearly visible in the video for smooth verification and processing.
- While we make every effort to accurately capture product colours, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography angles, and fabric texture. Such minor colour differences will not be considered valid grounds for return or refund.
- Returns based on natural weaving irregularities, visible threads, or uncut threads/zari on the reverse side are not accepted, as these are inherent characteristics of handwoven sarees.
- Products must be returned in resalable condition with original folds, packaging, tags, and labels intact. Items should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process. Depending on the serviceability of your location, we may arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product to our return address.
- Once the returned product is received and verified, we will either dispatch a replacement product (subject to availability) or issue a refund coupon code/store credit equivalent to the product value, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Failed Delivery or Parcel Refusal
- For orders returned due to order refusal or incorrect/incomplete address details, ₹250 will be deducted towards forward and return shipping charges. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be issued as a refund coupon code/store credit for future purchases on our website.
